    Our client Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will be hosting a product launch where the top executives invite a small group of key press officials and media players to the reveal of their new Jeep Gladiator. This is an invitation only and highly exclusive reveal because the vehicle will not have been introduced to the general public yet. The product launch involves executives giving a formal presentation of the vehicle and its features before the group heads out to take the vehicle for a test drive. Your property seems like a great fit for the presentation portion so I would love to get some more information!

    Guest count: estimated at (40) per day
    Estimated Time Frame: 6am – 11am
    Dates:
    • Sunday, March 22, 2020 – set up / load in (guest count: staff only approx: 10 staff)
    • Monday, March 23, 2020 – continued set up / rehearsal (guest count: staff only approx: 10 staff)
    • Tuesday, March 24, 2020 – event day
    • Wednesday, March 25, 2020 – event day
    • Thursday, March 26, 2020 – event day /strike after event

    Needs:
    • What would your venue rental fee be for each day? Since this is a multi-day rental would you be willing to reduce or negotiate your standard fee?
    • Indoor space that we can drive cars into (we will set-up (3-5) vehicles for the presentation)
    o Do you have a door or opening wide enough to bring vehicles inside? We will have an estimated 40 guests on site each day, along with AV needs, furniture, approximately 3-4 F&B tables, and the car displays.
    • Can you let me know if any past automotive media clients have been hosted at the venue in the past?
